How do I personalize my product?
For Custom Text Offerings
Before checkout, you’ll be prompted to fill in the box with your custom phrase or text. Just type out exactly what you want, and we’ll print it—typos and all! So, yeah, double-check before hitting submit.
For Custom Photo Offerings
Once you've placed your order, shoot us an email at bespoke.branding.biz@gmail.com with your photo or design. Please make sure it’s attached (yes, that happens), and if you’re ordering multiple items, please let us know which photo goes with which product—we could guess…., but we would like to know for sure..
Do offerings ever change?
Hell yeah! We are constantly updating our product line so check in regularly to see what else we’re offering.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We normally begin fulfillment within 24 hours, and depending on who is working at the post office that week, you can typically expect your one-of-a-kind creation to arrive in about 5-10 days. You will also have the ability to track your package once it’s en route.
What image file types do you accept for personalization?
Got a high-pixel digital photo that doesn’t look like it came from the early 2000s? Great! We prefer PNGs and PDFs, because they play nice with our printers. Trust us, you want your image to shine! Most original high-quality photos from a cell phone work just fine.
What happens if my product arrives damaged or has a defect?
If your item shows up looking like it got into a fight with a delivery truck, don’t panic. Just reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
If you have a change of heart, act fast! Please contact us via the webpage messenger or email. If you catch us before we start production, we might be able to tweak it. But once it’s begun printing, we cannot make any edits or adjustments.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Thinking of ordering personalized gifts for your office or the entire family tree? Let’s talk! It never hurts to ask. We offer bulk discounts because we love big, thoughtful gestures (and bigger orders).
Can you personalize items with copyrighted images or logos?
We’d love to say yes, but we’re not trying to get a call from a lawyer. Stick to your own images and avoid logos you don't have permission to use or anything else that might land us both in hot water. Let’s keep it legal, folks!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer our products in the USA.
